1. About these terms

These terms govern the sale of Pick-a-Perfume Studio products through this website.

The seller is Kenneth Manikya, sole proprietor, trading as Pick-a-Perfume Studio, E18, Room No. 4, Plot No. 2, ML Camp, Matunga, Mumbai 400019, Maharashtra, India. GSTIN: 27AQJPM9774G2Z5.

2. Eligibility to order

Please make sure the details you give us — including your name, delivery address and contact details — are accurate, as we use them to make and deliver your order.

To place an order, you must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law.

3. Products, made-to-order production and customization

All Studio fragrances are made to order. Every fragrance can be customized to the customer’s preference; intensity and strength are adjustable.

Strength — EDT, EDP or Parfum — is chosen on each fragrance’s page when you order and does not change the price. Customized fragrances follow the standard dispatch window in the Shipping Policy. You can add a note to your order at checkout.

The customization options offered on this website are the three strengths: EDT, EDP and Parfum. Any other customization request must be agreed with the Studio before your order is accepted; we will tell you if a request cannot be met.

4. Pricing and taxes

Prices are shown in Indian rupees (INR) and include GST. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

If we find a material error in the price of something you have ordered, we will contact you rather than silently change the price. Where legally permitted, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

5. Orders and order acceptance

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming it. Because every fragrance is made to order, an order cannot be cancelled by you once it has been confirmed and paid for, subject to any rights you have under applicable consumer law that cannot be excluded.

We may decline or cancel an order if we cannot fulfil it — for example, because of a material pricing error or a customization request we cannot meet. If we do, we will tell you and refund any amount you have paid in full.

6. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout using the payment methods shown there, processed by our payment provider. The Studio does not store full card details.

7. Shipping and delivery

Delivery is governed by the Shipping Policy.

8. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by the Refund and Returns Policy. A 10ml and a full-size fragrance are separate purchases; buying a 10ml does not create any credit, voucher, discount or refund toward a full-size order.

9. Intellectual property

The Pick-a-Perfume Studio name and logo, and the text and imagery on this website, belong to the Studio or are used with permission, and may not be reused without our permission.

Some product names and descriptions refer to other fragrances to describe a scent’s character. Those names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Pick-a-Perfume Studio is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by them.

10. Acceptable use of this website

Please use this website lawfully. Do not misuse it, attempt to interfere with its operation or security, or use it to send unlawful or harmful content.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other applicable law.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have jurisdiction over disputes arising from them.

13. Changes to these terms

The Studio may update these terms. The version shown at the time of an order applies to that order.
