Where we ship

We currently deliver within India. You can check whether we deliver to your PIN code on any product page.

Order processing and dispatch

All Pick-a-Perfume Studio fragrances are made to order.

Orders are crafted and dispatched within 3–5 working days. Customized fragrances follow the same dispatch window.

Delivery timeframes

Delivery time after dispatch depends on your location and the courier. Any delivery estimate we share is an estimate, not a guarantee.

Shipping charges

A flat delivery charge of ₹150 applies to orders delivered within India. It is shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking your order

Every fragrance is made to order and dispatched within 3–5 working days. Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you the courier name and available tracking details so you can follow your shipment with the courier. Courier transit times vary by destination and are estimates, not guarantees.

We arrange delivery through Shiprocket, which assigns a courier partner to each order.

Delays, failed delivery and address errors

If your order is damaged in transit or arrives incorrect, see the Refund and Returns Policy.

If a delivery is delayed or a parcel is returned to us undelivered, we will investigate with the courier and keep you informed. If delivery cannot be completed because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you before arranging re-delivery and disclose any applicable additional charges before proceeding.
